Secure underground parking for a fee, central location close to attractions. Large lobby with plenty of modern seating space, giving off a cute vibe.
The air conditioning was non-functional during my entire stay, leading to an uncomfortably hot fifth-floor room. The decor of the rooms felt outdated, with signs of wear in both the walls and bathrooms. A lack of on-site dining options for lunch and dinner diminished the overall experience, as breakfast alone felt inadequate for a four-star hotel. Amenities were minimal, with no extra toiletries or basic comforts like slippers available in the room.

Convenient, helpful staff, free wifi, quiet room overlooking garde, parking. Reduced price made it reasonable value.
Lights in room very bright. Stingy tea and coffee supplies - had to ask for enough for two.

The welcome was great and the assistant at reception very helpful when we needed directions. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The coffee making facilities in room are also very welcome.
We found it rather difficult to find...make sure you get full directions from internet before you drive around looking for it. Our own fault of course, but we assumed from name that it was closer to the parlement buildings

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and gave good recommendations which contributed to our pleasurable stay. Excellent location - 10 minutes walk from train station and 5 minutes from lovely old town. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel's location is fantastic and puts you right in the heart of the city, surrounded by a variety of dining options.
The air conditioning was turned off , making it uncomfortably hot, especially on the fifth floor.

Lovely hotel, great location, just 50 meters from a selection of great bars and restaurants. Room was very nice and value for money was very good.

I chose it for its great location: Right in the middle of the city and not far from the train station.

The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby bars and restaurants. My room was spacious and quiet. The air conditioning was inadequate, and I had to request extra pillows due to the low quality provided. It's a decent option for a short visit, but some amenities could use improvement.

A great place with a fantastic location near historical attractions. The room was comfortable and had great amenities, though the cleanliness was inconsistent and the parking situation can be tricky. The breakfast had a decent selection, but the lack of variety in English channels was a downside.

We have booked double room with very nice modern facilities. The venue was in a very central location right by Rennes on business, the central bus terminal and major tourist attractions of Rennes and Close to museums. Centre district was worth exploring. The room we had included a safe, a sofa bed, and central heating.

It was just a fine choice for a couple of nights in Rennes with good value for cost. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, with plenty of options to choose from. Don't forget to try out the small electric kettle in your room for a quick tea or coffee fix.
